Include in your email

- What you did and what happened
Never send a PIN, a password or a Recovery Code. Our team never asks for them.
Deleting a business account
- Email [email protected] from the Owner's email address with the subject "Delete 6Seveen account" and your business name.
- We confirm the request within 7 days and complete it within 30 days, after verifying that you are the Owner.
- Data on your phone, backup files you saved and backups in your Google Drive are not under our control; delete them yourself if needed. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Common questions
Does 6Seveen work without internet?
Yes for the daily register: orders and payments are recorded on the main cashier phone and shared over the store Wi-Fi. The internet is used for cloud features, when your plan includes them.
Where is my data stored?
Mainly on your outlet's main cashier phone. The copy on our server holds account and configuration data, and transaction data when your plan uses Cloud Sync.
How do I back up?
In Settings, Data & Backup: save an encrypted backup file or, if you like, connect Google Drive. Write down your Recovery Code: without it a backup cannot be opened and we cannot help recover it.
Why can't I add a photo to my menu?
Your own menu photos are available on plans with Cloud Sync. On other plans you can still use the built-in illustrations.
My printer does not print.
Check Settings, Devices & Connection, Printer, then Diagnostics. Printer support is tested step by step; if it still fails, send the brand and model to [email protected].
